Ministry of Interior employs party soldiers!

The Ministry of Interior is intensively employing political party soldiers within its ranks, according to information and field reports from the monitoring teams of CIVIL – Center for Freedom.

According to CIVIL’s sources, several dozens of party soldiers of the ruling party have been employed in three large municipalities in Republic of Macedonia. Aside from party affiliation, additional “criteria” for employment in the MOI are connections (family, friends) with government officials.

CIVIL has detailed information on the employments in each of the three municipalities, but will not reveal the specifics of this operation, so as to protect its sources.

At the same time, new employments are noted, as well as increased pressure on employees in the administration, which in recent months have been put in the function of the political propaganda of the ruling structures.
