Voting in correctional institutions started on time and is running smoothly, voters are missing from the Voters' List

CIVIL monitoring reports that the voting in the correctional institutions started on time and is running smoothly. Unlike the voting day on October 17, when some of those serving prison sentences were not allowed to vote with a "home card", no such cases were registered in the first two hours of the second round.

As in the first round, today, in the second round of voting in the local elections, some of the detainees are missing from the Voters' List.

Today, in the second round of the Local Elections 2021, October 30, the sick, infirm and people with Covid-19 vote in self-isolation whose applications are accepted by the municipal election commissions, as well as prisoners, detainees, people in nursing homes and internally displaced persons.
