Pivovarov: When I witnessed irregularities no one tried to do anything

Vladimir Pivovarov, Professor of security in FON, on the interview for Civil Media analyzes the election process, and the possible manipulations with issuing personal documents and providing voters that don’t exist.

According to him, the erasing of the color during the marking of voters, is only the first step, which can further lead to irregularities with the electoral list. Pivovarov explains what he has experienced on the election day on April 27, where he had witnessed agitation and giving bribes, while institutions haven’t mentioned anything.
