CIVIL’S FOCUS GROUPS FOR THE NEEDS AND CHALLENGES IN THE INTEGRATION PROCESSES

With the project “Action – Integration”, CIVIL – Center for Freedom will contribute towards strengthening public awareness on civic participation, democratic reforms, green initiatives and understanding the European values and the integration processes in the European Union. The project is implemented in partnership with the Heinrich Bὅll Foundation and its implementation will last until the end of October this year.

In its announcement, the CIVIL-ians are informing the public that the research phase of the project implementation is in progress. One of the activities of the organization’s rich project program is to hold focus groups in Skopje, Stip, Veles and Gostivar.

CIVIL is inviting those who are interested to participate in the Skopje focus group to send a CV (a maximum of 1 page!) no later than Tuesday (April 10), 12.00 noon, at [email protected] with the subject “participation in focus group”. The first focus group will be held in Skopje, Wednesday (April 11), starting at 5.00 pm. The results of the selection and the location where the focus group will be held will be announced to all the candidates on Tuesday, no later than 5.30 pm. Candidates who will not receive a call or message until that date, will be considered to be rejected for that event, but will be taken into consideration for the following activities of the organization.

The focus groups have the aim to identify the needs and challenges of the citizens in the areas that the project deals with. Representatives of civil society, the media, local authorities, political parties and community leaders will be invited to the two-hour focus groups. Their participation will be rewarded with modest amounts of 600 denars.
