“We have reasons to believe that this will indeed be a great event, where we will try to give long-term positive effects that we will all try together to achieve in this area”, say the organizers of CIVIL and invite all parties, but also all other stakeholders to participate at this Conference, according to the format proposed in the application form for participation.

At the Conference, the need of reforms in the overall electoral system will be discussed, and topics on the Electoral Code, electoral model, Voters Register, political financing and the media and elections will be opened more specifically.  Participants at the Conference will try to give answers to questions on whether reforms in the electoral system are possible, how and in which time period. A detailed program, along with a list of speakers, will be published on September 18. A week prior to the Conference, in communication with the registered participants, CIVIL will review the possibility of supplementing the Program.
